Principal’s Message
Our new principal, Latricia Pinder

Welcome to Andover Elementary School!

Dear Andover Elementary Families and Community,

Welcome to Andover Elementary School — a place where learning, leadership, and opportunity come together to create an exceptional educational experience for every child. At Andover Elementary School, we transform education by empowering students and teachers to reach their fullest potential. We strive to create a dynamic and inclusive school community that values collaboration, celebrates achievement, and equips every child with the skills and confidence needed to thrive both academically and personally.

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the wide range of opportunities we provide for our students. We proudly offer gifted classes, engaging enrichment experiences, and a variety of student-led clubs designed to nurture creativity, leadership, and innovation. Students can explore their interests and talents through programs such as coding, writing, and participation in the National Elementary Honor Society, where scholarship, service, leadership, and character are celebrated.

At Andover Elementary, we believe strong partnerships between families, staff, and the community are essential to student success. Together, we create a supportive environment where every child feels valued, inspired, and motivated to achieve their goals.

We are excited for a year filled with growth, discovery, and success, and we look forward to working alongside you to make this an outstanding school year.

With appreciation,

Latricia Pinder
